Established in 2002, The Bureau for Rights Development (BRD) is an experienced rights-based development organization, with more than two decades of experience in implementing development cooperation and humaniterian programs in Afghanistan. As per its long-term engagement, BRD has gained valuable insight and knowledge of the local context, built up resilience, developed approaches and alternative delivery mechanisms to ensure the smooth implementation of our programs, despite the changing security and political environment.
