Association Governance

The association’s highest decision-making body is the general meeting, where all members have the right to vote in accordance with the statutes. The board of directors is elected by the annual general meeting and shall implement the resolution of the meeting.The Board of Directors shall also monitor compliance with statutes and legal requirements. Within the framework of the statutes and the business plan, the board of directors makes decisions, both on matters of a policy nature and on current issues.
